The source of your residential, multi-family, income, and commercial property plan and design can come from a number
of sources. Pacific Homes has a limited number of plans available on line. Plan books and internet plan sites
provide thousands of other plans. Either source of plans can easily be modified once you have selected a plan that meets
most of your requirements. The other source for plans is you. Many of our homes are designed by their owners.
By either hiring a draftsman or design firm, or getting graph paper and start drawing. Some people start one room at
a time and add them to their overall plan or they have the idea for overall size and shape and go from the outside in
to the interior. Either way, Pacific Homes can generate a building material quote for your design without blueprints
and at no cost or obligation.
