Listed below is a typical material checklist
that Pacific Homes supply our clients to construct the finalized plan they are building. Almost ever specification can
be adjusted to meet local code or building prefence. OSB can be substituted for plywood. 50 year shingles for
40 year shingles.
Vinyl, cedar, hardiplank, or any number
of other siding materials are available for siding your project. 5/8" or 3/4" t&g subfloor. You
are in charge of the specifications. We are ready to answer any questions about the materials and their manufacturer's.
All our building materials meet or exceed national and local codes.
Many of our homeowner-builders have
qualified for the 5-star energy rating. There is no cost or obligation to generate a quote for your project, using the
building materials of your choice.

- Pre assembled 2X4 kiln dried SPF @ 16" on/center
- Pre assembled 2X6 kiln dried SPF @ 16" on/center for "wet walls"
- Vapor barrier
Windows, Patio Doors, and Skylights
- Twin or triple seal vinyl casement style windows as per
plan, Low-e argon gas filled.
- Screens and vinyl or wood returns
- Twin seal glass skylights with thermal break as per plan
Exterior Doors
- Metal insulated in primed wood frames
- Weather stripping and sill
- Twin seal sidelites and door lites as per plan
- Hardware for all doors
- Fiberglass and solid wood doors are also available
Exterior Finish
- Vinyl Siding
- Energy saving air infiltration housewrap-Tyvek or 2 layers
of building paper
- Large variety of optional sidings are available, hardiplank,
cedar, vinyl, etc.
Garage, Carport, and Sundecks
- Sectional garage door(s) comes with automatic opener(s).
- Beams, posts and vinyl soffit for carports
- Sundeck plywood or pressure treated spaced decking as
required
- Baked enamel aluminum deck railing
- Composite deck materials like Trex
Insulation
- Rigid insulation for crawlspace walls and/or exterior walls,
or raised foundations if requested
- R22 expanded poly styrene insulation for exterior walls or
R22 fiberglass batt
